Hope Island Apartments

There are many waterfront apartments popping up at Hope Island at the northern end of the Gold Coast.  I was commissioned to work on a concept design for 180 apartments over 4 buildings with a central recreational area.  A lot of the apartments are afforded direct waterfront aspects.  A mix of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments with a number of larger penthouse apartments.  The site has a wrap around water frontage with proposed walking track and marina berths along the waters edge.  The design is modern and bright, with an emphasis on access to the views and cross ventilation.
