Hamilton Ave Apartment Tower

Design study for an apartment tower on the Gold Coast at Hamilton Avenue.  The project involved a feasibility and concept design study for a 15 storey tower comprising 2 apartments per floor on the lower levels and then 1 luxury apartment per floor on the upper levels.  3 levels of podium parking.  The site would afford views over the river and inner waterways as well as glimpses out the ocean.
