Luis House - Haywards Bay NSW

I have worked with Jake & Ash on a number of projects over the years and was pleased to be able to help them with a lovely family home at Haywards Bay near Wollongong NSW.  The house is situated in a new subdivision full of standard brick and tile project homes.  Together we wanted to break the mold for the area and create something a bit more adventurous, without sticking out like a sore thumb.  The result is a sophisticated and casual modern home incorporating some angular roofs and feature materials.
