To receive a free site appraisal, send an email to sales@elementsofdesign.com.au saying that you are interested in an obligation free site appraisal.
Once you have selected 1 or more likely designs from our range of ultra modern house plans to traditional house plans, we can do a quick appraisal of your site to see if it is suitable. We will do this for free before you commit to investing in the design & working drawings. This is an obligation free way for you to see whether our designs are suitable for your site. Alternatively we can custom design a home for you or adapt one of our existing designs to suit your block, allowing you to virtually design your own houses.
When we receive your email requesting a free site appraisal, we will correspond with you to discuss requirements such as which council area you are in, a site sketch with dimensions, photos and if available a contour survey. This information is usually required anyway before we design a house plan for any custom design project
The results of the appraisal will be subject to such conditions as individual council setback requirements, height limits, easements, trees and whatever other limitations are not made clear in the information provided to us. This is a free service and a more accurate site analysis will be undertaken once you have purchased a design. This would be the case with any Australian house plans.
