Being an “Elements” exclusive builder will give you an edge on your competitors, helping you to secure a greater share of the discerning customers out there, and it’s not as difficult or expensive as you might think to have your own exclusive package of new house plans, pre-designed architectural homes.
www.elementsofdesign.com.au is a collection of pre-designed architectural homes of various sizes and styles to suit a range of budgets, styles, family requirements, land sizes etc. They have all been designed with an emphasis on modern casual style, functionality, efficient circulation to keep floor areas down, environmental considerations such as cross ventilation, insulation, protection of openings, ideal solar orientation (subject to individual building sites of course), low site impact & sustainable materials.
As an alternative to the designs on the website, we also have a collection of 15 exclusive designs for builders to purchase in a package deal. Most of these designs are based on the same floor plan as those on the website but the look is vastly different with the rooflines, features and materials changed to make them individual. One builder in each regional area of about a 100km square (or more depending on density of region) will have exclusive rights to these alternative designs so that no other builder in that area can put a competitive price to the design. The builder exclusive designs will have no reference to our website or business, the logo on the drawings will be your own company logo to make the drawings your own.
The price per design for the builder exclusive package is slightly higher than the website, however the benefits as mentioned above are:
• The design is yours in your region for life.
• No other builder in your area will be offered the remaining exclusive designs, you will have the option to purchase more at any time.
• The design can be built as many times as you like.
• You will be provided with a set of high quality images to use in your own advertising.
• You can put a fixed price to the design and maybe even offer a house and land package deal.
• You will also be provided with A3 PDF drawings including floor plans for houses, elevations, sections, sub floor plans, roof plans, lighting and electrical layouts etc and DWG drawing files as well as a useful Virtual Model you can navigate on your own computers, particularly useful on site.
Minimum package to secure the rights for your area is 6 designs. The package deal price options are:
